These Terms of Service govern your access and use of the website hesperandorr.com operated by KESHI MER PTY LTD, ACN 106 723 979, ABN 39 106 723 979, registered office at Unit 8, 34 Fearn Avenue, Margaret River WA 6285, Australia. By browsing, accessing, registering or placing orders on our website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please do not use our site.

Hesperandor is an online retail brand focused on women’s fashion apparel including faux‑fur outerwear, knit cardigans, dresses, tops, skirts and related fashion accessories. All products are offered for sale subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, promotions and inventory information without prior notice. All displayed prices are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD), and prices do not include international shipping fees, import duties, customs taxes or local governmental charges which may apply for deliveries outside Australia. You are fully responsible for any import fees, customs duties or local taxes incurred upon arrival in your destination country.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or hold valid parental consent to complete purchases. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current contact, billing and delivery information. You authorize us to process payment via third‑party payment processors including Stripe for your order total. All payment information is handled securely by our payment service provider; our company does not store full credit card or banking details on our internal servers.

Once you submit an order, you will receive an automated order‑confirmation email to service‑provided customer email address. Receipt of this email does not constitute final acceptance of your contract. We reserve the right to reject, cancel or suspend any order for reasons including suspected fraudulent activity, inaccurate customer information, out‑of‑stock merchandise, pricing errors or violation of these terms. If your order is cancelled prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Intellectual property: All text, images, brand logos, graphics, product photography and layout content displayed on hesperandorr.com remain the intellectual property of KESHI MER PTY LTD. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reproduce or commercially reuse any website content without our explicit written permission. You may view and download page content solely for your personal, non‑commercial reference.

Limitation of liability: KESHI MER PTY LTD shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages arising out of your use of this website, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Australian consumer law. Our total aggregate liability connected with any product order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific order. Website access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, system upgrades or technical failures, and we are not responsible for any losses caused by temporary site unavailability.
